I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very well equipped and clean, with lovely fresh fruits and a super comfortable bed. However, there was an issue with hot water, which was a bit disappointing. The service was incredibly friendly and inviting, although it was a bit slow during checkout due to being understaffed. The location was perfect for my conference, with easy access to restaurants and bars. The dining experience was exceptional with fresh fruits and healthy options, but the coffee was undrinkable. Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms had more than enough space for two rambunctious little ones and two adults, included a small sitting area, and were nice and spacious. However, they were near the Air-conditioner units which made it a bit noisy. The service had its ups and downs, from knowing directions to some mishaps like the delivery guy leaving one of my bags. The location was very convenient to walk in Downtown Austin, close to major attractions like 6th street and Rainy street, but the high cost of valet parking was a drawback. The dining experience was just okay, not reaching the usual standards I expect. Overall, a centrally located hotel with both positives and negatives.
